"Not by might, nor by power, but by my ______, saith the LORD of hosts."

This verse isn't in today's daily — no spoilers here.

Did you know?

Zechariah foresaw a king coming 'lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt' — quoted directly on Palm Sunday, five centuries after he wrote it.

Zechariah also wrote of thirty pieces of silver thrown to the potter — a detail the Gospels record precisely in the betrayal of Jesus.

The book opens with eight visions in a single night — horsemen, lampstands, flying scrolls, and a woman in a basket. Deep Water was named for chapters like these.

Zechariah preached alongside Haggai, the encourager to Haggai's foreman — same building project, very different sermon styles.
